1. Barriers
Not Enough Time or Money
These are fictions generated by narrow-mindedness or conditioned thinking. For example, a "lack of time" is a lack of proper prioritization and proper sequencing, "lack of accuracy" is lack of competency, and "lack of solutions" is lack of creativity.
2. Distractions
Mis-Prioritization or Out of Sequence
These are the avoidance of the next step. All tasks in the physical universe have a best order of priority. It takes time, thought, and proper planning to determine the logistics of the situation from a start to finish process.
3. Non-Compliance
Violation of God's Law or Man's Law
God's Law takes precedent, but any "Out of Integrity" will cause havoc in an organization. For example, having a delivery driver without a driver's license.
4. Counter-Intention
Allowing Enemies or Traitors to Exist
By far, the biggest mistake any leader can make is underestimating their enemies or believing that they have none in their organization. Enemies hate you and want to cause harm or damage to your person, goals, and aspirations.
Traitors
Traitors are special case enemies in that they are covert and pretending to be friends. They are driven not by hate but by jealousy, and they wish to steal or take over the position and possessions of whom they are jealous.
