The Challenge

National ACE held the MBDA Capital Readiness Program contract and grant-funded ACE NextGen to create their own niche accelerator. It needed to reach hundreds of underserved business owners on a tight timeline, with no delivery infrastructure to run a program at that scale.

What We Did

  • Co-founded Momentium, the company built to deliver the program
  • Built the delivery operation that ACE NextGen's program ran on
  • Designed and ran the 8-week accelerator end to end: intake, curriculum, tracking, participants, and reporting

The Challenge

A national professional network running for a decade with no CRM, inconsistent processes across 11 chapters, and no reliable reporting for leadership.

What We Did

  • As SoCal VP, ran his own chapter and made it the top performer in the national network
  • Stepped into the national role and implemented the organization's first CRM in 10 years across all 11 chapters
  • Standardized SOPs, built dashboards, supported 80+ annual events, and guided 11 leadership teams and 70+ board members
  • Consolidated platforms and redesigned workflows, choosing software that met every requirement at 66%+ less cost than the alternative, without sacrificing quality

The Outcome

His chapter ranked #1 nationally in event quality, event quantity, and paid memberships, drew the most attendees per event, and produced the largest local event in the organization's history, one that sparked the creation of new chapters in other cities. He then carried that into the national role, taking the organization from no system to standardized operations and real reporting visibility.

Gold House Futures, a collaboration between Gold House and Asian American Futures, needed a high-caliber retreat for their partner CalAsian Foundation's program Node, where entrepreneurship meets nonprofits, with no internal logistics arm to plan and run multi-state programming.

What We Did

  • Served as Advisor and Ops Lead at Node, the operations partner
  • Partnered with Gold House Futures and worked directly with CalAsian Foundation
  • Designed the programs, logistics, and systems for the retreats
  • Ran planning and on-site execution end to end
